It is a long held suspicion among New York activists that J Moe is a 
SLORC/SPDC agent.There are reasons to believe that suspicion although it is 
difficult to prove in any court of law.So forget about FBI which has no 
jurisdiction whatsoever over this issue because J Moe is not spying over US 
national interest and national security issues.
But some one in United States Immigration and Naturalization Service ,Asylum 
Office might be interested to look into the matter that J Moe travelled back 
to Burma quite often with out having any trouble with the authorities which 
is contrary to the principle on which Asylum was granted :well founded fear 
of persecution in Native country.

Truth will prevail one day as it happened in collapse of Berlin wall and 
unification of Germany where all the moles and agents were uncovered with 
the disclosure of secrets documents.
