Just in case anyone else reading Elizabeth Olson goes hunting for a "new
ILO report"  (beyond the report of the May Mission), don't bother. There
isn't one.

Elizabeth Olson's article, "Myanmar Tests Resolve of ILO on Enforcing 
Standards"
(NYT 5 June) and repeated as "Burma Sanctions Sputter" (IHT 6 June)
was written in MARCH 2001 and refers to a March ILO report.

Blame the NYT for not publishing articles when they are current and for
not updating.them when they hold them over.
