Nay Pyi Taw, 24 Oct — "The framework and fundamentals of the additional budget allocations bill for the 2014-2015 fiscal year came under discussion at the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw on Friday. Daw Sanda Min, a representative of the Zabuthiri constituency, said that the attempt to ask for enormous amounts of budget allocations for the second time is likely to harm the budget rigidity, stating that allocations and appropriations are in unanticipated amounts and putting the blame on lack of scrutiny in the first budget allotment."
