Implementation of recommendations contained in the report of the Commission of Inquiry entitled Forced Labour in Myanmar (Burma)". This is the key debate in the ILC adoption of the measures on Burma which have been widely interpreted as implying sanctions. The draft resolution (enclosed in the report) submitted by the Selection Committee was endorsed by the Conference Plenary.
