In November 2010, the Company entered into Framework agreement with Myanma Port Authority to develop the Dawei Deep Sea Port, Industrial Estate and Road link between Thai and Union of Myanmar. The project shall be built, operated and transferred (BOT). Myanma Port Authority establishes the Dawei special economic zone (DSEZ), with investment incentive and promotion privilege tax. The Company, holding the concession, will invite suitable potential partners to invest and operate in each activity accordingly.
