"Nay Pyi Taw, 31 March — The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw approved the Union Budgets bill of 2015 on Tuesday, following a proposal made by Union Minister U Win Shein, who urged the parliament to agree with the entire bill. Union Minister Dr Kan Zaw explained steps the central government took in relation to the appointment of permanent secretaries in line with the State Constitution."
