"Nay Pyi Taw, 10 Feb — The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw session on Tuesday placed on record a bill that
amends the Detention and Contrition Act of 1961 which is assumed to be approved by parliament. The
two parliaments hold different opinions on a bill concerned with the protection of the rights for national
races, which came under discussion and sought the approval of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw."
