According to media sources, the terrorist military group is torturing political prisoners in Pathein Prison under duress. The terrorist military group has been committing crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide for which they will be held accountable. 4. The unjustified detention and sentencing to death by a terrorist group of a young teacher who is a valuable human resource for the nation is a violation of his right to life and his political freedom as mandated by international human rights law. 5. The terrorist military group's implication of the death penalty is a violation of the peace and security mechanism of the United Nations. This mechanism was used when the Security Council of the United Nations adopted Resolution No. (2669/2022) and called for the release of political prisoners. 6. The Ministry of Education has administered to collect and keep records of human rights violations, has worked hard to gain justice. We will keep fighting until the uprising is successful, and will stand in solidarity with the students, workers, farmers, and workers who are being tortured and killed all over the country..."
