Description:
"The Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Myanmar Investment Commission, in exercise of
the powers conferred under Section 56, subsection (b) of the Foreign Investment Law
,
in
stipulating the applicable business under Chapter 2 of the Foreign Investment Law,
and
with
the approval of
the Union Government,
prescribes the list of economic activities which are
prohibited, the list of economic activities which are allowed only in joint ventures with
Myanmar nationals, and the list of economic activities which are allowed in accordance with
certain
separately stipulated conditions. ..."
