of Bengal (BoB) region are unleashing its
enormous economic potential. However,
if political obstacles, among these littoral
states, along with strategic competition
between the major powers, are allowed
to shape the evolving dynamics, they may
not only constrict the region?s economic
prospects, but also turn it into one more
theatre of conflict. In such a scenario, the key
