This law came into force on the 9th March 2012, though it is not entirely clear to the Librarian whether the Legislature has adopted the enabling regulations and whether the amended Trade Disputes Act (now called The Settlement of Labour Dispute Law) contains all the conciliation mechanisms referred to in the LOL.
