Dear Reid Cooper,

How are you doing? I am terribly sorry for not
being able to write you earlier. I have been
trying to finish my research work in this year.
I received your e-mail message and thank you for
it. I had handed over your message to George
Fernandes. I hope he must have written back to
you already. I thank you for helping the Buddhist
monk who is trying to come to Canada for his
research studies. But, it seems that your Embassy
here doesn't find enough to issue visa for him
based on the letter you wrote for him. He must
have already informed you about it. I would like
to request you to help him as much as you can. He
is a good person and he inspires me a lot. For
the Law Enquiry you mentioned in your last e-
mail, I can find out from my lawyer. She is a
Supreme Court lawyer and a member of Law Council.
She will be back in Delhi at the end of
September. In the mean time, please keep in
touch.

In solidarity,

Soe Myint
