Dear sirs/madams.
    We, around 70 Burmese studetns in Bangkok have demonstrated in front =
of Thai Government house and Burmese Embassy in Bangkok to denounce SPDC =
leader General Than Shwe's visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
    We have give an open letter to Thai Prime Minister Mr. Chuan Lekpai =
to convince about democracy to General Than Shwe and explain about their =
role in International Community.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

We are the Burmese Students, who were struggling to restore Democracy =
and Human Rights in Burma. We respectfully would like to request you, as =
a leader of Democratic Party and of the most democracy prevailing =
country in South East Asia, to help to convince Burmese Dictator General =
Than Shwe about how democracy can help people and country. We do =
understand Thailand's invitation to them to discuss spiraling drug issue =
and recent crashes on borderline.=20

But, actually they, SPDCs, are the guys who are controlling the drug =
production and distributing form behind the scene.=20


    a.. Thus why former warlord Khun Sa and "Lo Hsing-han" were =
protected and have become respectable person under that military regime! =

    b.. The volume of drug production from golden triangle is ever =
increasing year by year, since they took over power!=20
   =20
   =20
    c.. They are responsible persons for 80% of the drugs distributing =
around they world!=20
   =20
   =20
    d.. They are guilty for the thousand of youth dying in Thailand by =
Amphetamine each and every year!=20
   =20
   =20
    e.. They are intentionally creating border conflicts and responsible =
for Thai officers get killed in the Adaman Sea!=20

    That is why respectable countries like the most of EU members, US, =
UK, etc., had boycotted Interpol Heroin Conference in Burma. We =
therefore would like to request Thailand to not to cooperate with SPDC, =
because it can led misunderstanding among international community to =
Thailand's stance in drug issue.


EU-Asean Ministerial Meeting versus SPDC.

Because of violating Human Rights, ignoring democracy and involvement in =
drug issue, EU is refusing to give visa for high level officers from =
SPDC to EU member countries. They, EU, won't change their respectable =
and honorable political stance for that meeting in Berlin. We really =
worried about spoiling EU and Asean relationship, which worth hundreds =
of million dollars form EU development funding, just by a notorious new =
member. We belive that SPDC dose not deserve to attend that meeting and =
they are less worth than million of Thai people needing aids from EU.=20


We therefore would like to respectfully request the most democratic =
leader of the South East Asian as follow;


        a.. Avoid cooperation with SPDC in the Drug Issue and reject =
their proposal.=20

        b.. Convince General Than Shwe to stop their involvement in drug =
production and distributing when he visit to Chiang Mai, Thailand.=20

       =20
        c.. Convince General Than Shwe about how Democracy and Human =
Rights can restore genuine peace and development for the people when he =
visit to Thailand.=20

        d.. Reconsider boycotting EU-Asean ministerial meeting for SPDC. =
